This series of small temporary murals on construction facades was commissioned by Downtown Berkeley Association on behalf of building owners to beautify the exterior of the building in downtown Berkeley, California, during it's renovation. The series is mostly on 4ft x 8ft plywood panels, but a few of them are odd, and extended sizes, for a total of approximately 32ft x 8ft. The paintings were all done on the theme of "Veggies Riding Bikes", which is relevant because the Berkeley Farmers Market takes place at this corner every Saturday morning. The paintings were hand-painted using brushes and house paints over the course of 2 days. The paintings were improvised without using a pre-determined design or pencil lines.
